Hamburg becomes first German city to enact partial diesel ban

Hamburg on 31 May became the first German city to ban older diesel vehicles from some roads, a measure that is being viewed as largely symbolic but could be adopted on a wider scale in other cities, a long-term bearish signal for biodiesel demand.
